Our Mission

Promote interaction among entrepreneurs, investors, service providers and other interested parties.

Provide a relaxed forum where investors, entrepreneurs and industry professionals can meet and network. Primarily, this will be achieved through quarterly membership meetings.

Encourage the growth and successful development of entrepreneurial businesses in northeastern Kentucky, southeastern Ohio and southwestern West Virginia.

Provide private investors, angel groups, venture capital firms, and other companies interested in the opportunity to gain knowledge of and invest in emerging-growth companies in the Tri State area.

Help club members learn about debt and equity fund raising, the venture capital industry and investment process through conversations with and presentations by industry experts and experienced entrepreneurs at the TSCIC quarterly membership meetings.

Educate members through seminars specifically developed for investors seeking to invest in start-up companies or entrepreneurs seeking capital.

Membership is open to any individual or company interested in participating in the Club’s programs or in supporting the Club’s activities and goals.
