Recently, FACEFULL magazine stated that the Adrenaline Impulse was one of the best paintball guns in the world, a title previously held by one of Adrenaline’s prior models-the Adrenaline Angel. James Graley and Chad Fuller, Adrenaline’s sole shareholders, now desire to sell their equity stake, either in blocks of shares or through an outright sale, so that they may focus on other ventures. |

North American Ventures was formed with a 2 fold purpose; to further the metal fabrication business and to develop the LECD technology. In 2004, North American Ventures formed Ecer Technologies, LLC. Ecer’s mandate was to affect the manufacturing and marketing of the technologies surrounding the LECD patents procured over the past 5 years. He and his wife also own and operate a 364 acre farm in Greenbrier County. |
